This, SC Modern is the most representative single coil pickups of WSC. It has high output true single-coil for warm guitars with more sustain, fullness, and output-and less treble response. The staggered Alnico 5 pole pieces are a stronger and deeper magnetic field. Extra coil windings provide extra power making this pickup great for heavier music styles. They are wound with 42 AWG poly coated wire, resulting in tones that are brighter and more edgy. We recommend it for country, pop, blues, classic rock and heavy rock.
