Hot blade humbucker, or pickups in blade format. Can exist in any other ones, just do not have poles (screws) visible at the top. These have a bar-shaped magnet and a single blade as a pole. Also these have the advantage of capturing the sound evenly throughout its length, even when the guitarist applies techniques such as "the bends" or "vibrato". Blues guitarists usually do not like this type of construction because they think we take the dynamics of the performer, which is extremely important in this style. Normally used in very high gain pickups, this model is preferred by heavy metal guitarists.
